The single piece chassis base of Millers Falls LHTJM8050 80/50 Ton Air Hydraulic 2 Stage Truck Trolley Jack provides superior strength for increased load stability and the base is contoured so wheels make contact with the ground when the jack is not under load while the wheels are raised off the ground when under load to prevent damage.
The overload and bypass safety valves prevent the jack from being used beyond its rated capacity and ram over-extensions. The jack has a self-retracting ram, as well as an integrated filter to protect the air motor.
Double polished chromed pistons allow for much tighter tolerances which reduce oil
bypassing and ram scoring. The piston head seal design is borrowed from industrial technology providing a superior low and high-pressure seal, giving this jack a much better hold under severe load conditions.
Air assisted lowering speeds up ram retraction and an integral Descent Metering Valve maintains a controlled and safe lowering of the load.
The jack comes with 2 extensions (75mm & 45mm) and saddle adaptor.
These jacks are tested to -25˚C and +45˚C as well as off centre loading to ensure a long life under even the harshest conditions.
